EA Chicago’s Fight Night Round 3 allows you to create your fighter, train them, and take on the globe.
Begin by making your champion and personalizing their appearance, equipment, fighting style, weight class, signature move, and even their illegal hit. Purchase equipment and training for your fighter to improve his appearance and performance.
Then take your fighter to career mode, where you’ll fight from the local gym to five-star venues. Purchase trainers to supplement your workout and increase your speed and power. Play through the ranks against randomly generated warriors until you beat them in points or to a pulp. Specific battles may earn you some extra money as an incentive or provide you with a promotional agreement, but choose your fights wisely because strategy within the ring will be useless if you mismanage your fisher outside.
Fight smart during the fight using the punch control system and the analog stick to throw the strikes you desire. The total punch control system connects your fists to the analog stick, eliminating the need for mindless button pounding.
In the ESPN Classic mode, you can also play in legendary boxing matches such as Taylor vs. Hopkins, Gatti vs. Ward, or Robinson vs. Lamotta.
Once you’ve defeated the machine, you can play in local multiplayer with a friend using any fighter, user-created fighters, or any of the ESPN Classic fights. You can also fight online and prove that you are the true champion of the globe against any opponent at any time and from any location.
