The developers of the Mortal Kombat franchise have created a new fighting game featuring characters from the DC Comics universe called Injustice: Gods Among Us.
The gameplay consists of hand-to-hand combat in a 2D environment with 3D elements and characters, including some weapons like the Batmobile; some of the scenarios are taken from DC comics, such as the Fortress of Solitude (Superman), the Batcave (Batman), and the Watchtower (Justice League). There are a total of 28 playable characters in this game, including 12 heroes, 12 villains, and 4 downloadable characters.
