Just Dance 3 is the third installment in the Just Dance video game series. To earn a good score, the player must accurately follow the dancing routine shown on-screen. The Wiimote motion controllers track the player’s motions on the Wii, the PlayStation Move on the PS3, and the Kinect sensor for full-body tracking on the Xbox 360.

Certain songs contain a cover version; others include an unlockable Dance Mashup version, while others are exclusive to a store, region, or platform. A code can be input on the title screen to access an extreme version of some songs. Additional pieces are available as DLC, single tracks, or piece packs.
The Kinect version can register up to four participants, and the choreography can be captured and shared online using the Just Create option. The Wii version has four-player concurrent dance routines and a Just Sweat mode that disguises training workouts.
