NHL 2K10, now in its second year of development by Visual Concepts, returns to the ice.
Improved graphics/presentation include all new player models, player faces, and intros for each of the league’s 30 clubs.
A revised franchise mode is also available, with new GM Personalities, Roster Management, League Records, Team States, and support for fantasy drafts and established teams.
The Wii edition comes with Mii Superskills, featuring five new mini-games to play with your avatar. Hardest Shot, Fastest Skater, Accuracy Shooting, Breakaway Relay, and Goalie Supersave are among them.
This year’s Nintendo Wii also has Wii motion plus support for 1:1 on-ice actions and online compatibility with 2K’s entire suite (leagues, team up, quick matches). The game also supports Wii Speak, allowing you to communicate with your friends while playing online.
