The all-new Universal Capture (UCAP) technology in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 on Xbox 360 and PS3 allows for more lifelike characters. UCAP is the same approach utilized to create digital doubles for the lead actors in The Matrix films. Another feature shared by the Xbox 360 and PS3 that is exclusive to the next generation is more fantastic crowds and mass movement of spectators from hole to hole, as well as PIP cameras. There is also a new Practice Facility to hone your talents in an upgraded career mode. The golfers have a new animation state system that generates more relevant emotions and reactions based on gameplay. The game design has been altered, with several swing types and the Speed Golf setting, which allows players to go on to the next stroke after the ball has been struck without having to see where the ball lands.
