This is a patched version of Silent Hill that restores aspects of the game that were censored or removed in the PAL release of of the game.

The game is still running at 50hz, if you want to run the game at 60hz you need to play the game on Duckstation and enable the Force NTSC timings in the emulator's settings. But bugs will show up once the setting is enabled.
