Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth

Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth will be a fresh take on the game that will offer its players a choose-your-own-adventure experience. Through it, players will form a party and explore the labyrinth of the Yggdrasil Tree. The game will test survival skills through navigation, combat, and decision-making. Players will need to make progress mapping very important, as players will fill in a grid-based map on the bottom screen of the 3DS. Players will be able to mark important locations and obstacles. The game will offer its players very challenging turn-based battles, with dangerous creatures and mini-bosses roaming every floor. The game features a magical art style and score thanks to Yuji Himukai returning as an illustrator and Yuzo Koshiro composing the music.
