Hakuoki: Memories of the Shinsengumi will bring to its players the story of a young woman who comes to Kyoto because her father has gone missing. While searching throughout the city, she encounters a group of powerful warriors. But unfortunately, they immediately capture her. These men serve the current government and protect important officials during a violent time. The warriors reveal that they are also looking for her father. So they decide to cooperate and search for him. Their mission becomes dangerous and complicated when strange creatures begin to appear around the city, and they frequently attack them. Blood and violence fill the streets day after day. But the woman is determined to solve this mystery. As battles break out between the two powerful forces, she discovers secrets about her father and feels confused. Meanwhile, she grows closer to the warriors and discovers unexpected emotions.
