Metal Arms: Glitch in the System is an original (non-licensed) title from Swingin’ Ape Studios and Sierra.
You will take on the role of Glitch, a rebellious robot out to destroy the evil army of Mil robots. Metal Arms has a lot of third-person robotic destruction, and Glitch has a large arsenal of weapons to complete his mission. Original features include the ability to possess enemy Mils and use them for your purposes.
Metal Arms includes a few vehicle levels for variety, such as drivable tanks and ‘RAT’ vehicles. Metal Arms is a shooter with some platforming. The colorful character design – all characters have an attitude – aids in keeping the player’s interest.
Metal Arms supports four-player split-screen gameplay with modes such as Possession Melee (your opponent’s kills count for you! ), standard Bot Brawl, King of the Hill, Moving Hill, Tag, and Reverse Tag.
