The King and Prince of Persia are besieging the Maharajah’s castle toto loot the hidden treasures. The Prince sneaks inside to retrieve the magical Dagger of Time to impress his father. He quickly discovers that this dagger can manipulate time. On the other hand, the evil Vizier has other plans for the blade and tricks the Prince into revealing a mysterious secret of the Dagger that turns the King and many of his subjects into sand zombies. Now the Prince must figure out what happened and try to put things back together.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is a platforming and puzzle-solving action game. Many previous games’ gameplay concepts are updated and brought into a fully three-dimensional world. In his quest, the Prince will engage in sword fighting, wall climbing, spike dodging, puzzle solving, and other activities. The Prince also carries the Dagger of Time, which grants him several magical abilities. The ability to reverse time is the most important of these abilities. This ability allows the player to undo the actions that led to the Prince’s death.
