The motion picture of the same name served as the inspiration for the video game Surf’s Up. There are 10 players available to play with in the game (4 at the beginning, with 6 more to unlock later), 5 regions, each having 2-4 levels, and 3 basic game styles for you to choose from. A mode called Championship and methods called Multiplayer and Leaf Sliding. * You can surf as much as you like in the Championship, and if you complete all of the tasks in the Championship races, you’ll be able to unlock all of the characters and stages in the game. To complete these challenges, you must do stunts to reach a specified high score, navigate through a series of gates, and gather red penguin sculptures.
Multiplayer: The Multiplayer option allows up to four players, but to access the stages, you must first unlock them in the Championship races.
In the game mode known as “Leaf Sliding,” players descend a volcano not on a surfboard but rather on a large leaf, and the objective is to cross the finish line before the allotted amount of time runs out.
There is also an Extras tab, allowing you to view stuff like artwork and films you have already unlocked.
The PS3 version comes with an Exclusive Content option, which includes extra video footage from the film.
