In the third installment of the rally series, you take control of Colin McRae and drive a Ford Focus rally car across various off-road courses located worldwide.
You will be allowed three seasons to compete in the Ford Focus RS RWC to win the world rally championship. Each season consists of eight competitions held in the following countries: Australia, the United States of America, England, Sweden, Japan, and Finland. After each round, a unique head-to-head stage is one of six stages spread throughout various environments. On each occasion, your goal is to finish the race ahead of the clock and the time established by the other teams. If you can beat the time and take first place on the stage, you will move one step closer to winning the world championship.
Along the way, you will have the opportunity to change and modify the setup of the Focus, including its wheels, gearboxes, brakes, suspension, and so on. You can also give the vehicle a trial run before any event to ensure the configuration is satisfactory.
In addition to the championship mode, there is also a stage mode. This mode allows you to race any of the cars you acquired while playing the championship mode on any of the tracks you have already beaten. Take on the computer or a friend in a head-to-head competition in a 2-player manner.
