Set in a world where battles are fought between robots that are not human. Carnage Heart EXA takes players to control huge robots called Overkill Engines (OKEs) – and create mechs to threaten each other in larger battles. Unlike any previous action game, EXA allows you to program an OKE so you can control it yourself: a feature that is both interesting and complicated. You must program all movements for each unit through yes / no logic trees. You can control your own OKE or set up complex programs that automatically tell robot warriors to follow orders to send mail. It’s not too bad to control OKE yourself, because you can adjust the time for your responses and strategies. Choose one of two fascinating story modes or join the action with battle mode. You should take the first time to study each of its features through the instructions provided, learn how to turn OKE, strafe and attack with manual assistance. The difficulty increases when you realise that different types of CPUs, armour, and body types have a direct effect on how OKE works. But when making edits to your OKE team automatically, it turns into a joke so make sure everything is working well before you manage to fight.
