Air Combat

Air Combat is an aerial combat simulation game produced by Namco Arsys Software in 1995. The context of the game is based on air invasions to the lands. The story begins when an unknown country is invaded by terrorists. They attacked primarily with the air force and caused great damage, causing the people here to move to a new land, the island of Skully, part of the Usea continent. To liberate their nation, they dispatched elite armies of motorized vehicles on the ground, but they were unsuccessful due to the force of the crowds and the strong. After a heavy defeat, the country hired an air force to destroy the enemy, from which the player’s journey began.

Similar to other Playstation games, the opening game will be a brief introduction to history and game. Players can watch all or press skip to skip. Basically, the simulation game works quite well with the laws of physics in reality. The objective of the game is to overcome campaigns, they are divided into different tasks. The aircraft in the game are also very diverse, players can choose between 16 different aircraft types. Some of them can be selected from the start, but some planes can only be unlocked for a certain amount. Players can collect money by destroying enemies that appear during campaign missions or by destroying special obstacles that appear randomly. The fighter jets are very realistic simulators such as F-4 Phantoms or Su-27 Flankers and Stealth, the only difference is that they are painted in Phoenix colors. In addition to owning new planes, players can unlock better pilots bypassing set mission milestones. However, if your aircraft was shot down during a campaign, that machine will be lost and you can only own it by buying it for half the original price.

In addition to buying airplanes and pilots, you can also get help as the planes accompany the mission. That applies only to each mission you participate in after that mission ends, and help you buy will expire. The money you buy for assistance must be paid in advance, so managing money is also an issue if you want to go through tasks with full help.
