Doppler Town, so named after the scientist reploid, was intended to be a community where reploids and humans could coexist peacefully. Doppler’s anti-virus was a huge success after it was developed to combat a virus that was converting reploids into Mavericks. However, Doppler itself contracted the virus and put together a team to destroy the Maverick Hunter Units. The deadly virus has only an X and Zero cure, so The Doppler Effect is about to happen!
