The first time after you connect to a server the game will close by itself, that is normal, the executable needs to be automatically patched as well as other files to be set-up
– You might want to optionally install the PunkBuster service by going to the gamedir and executing “pbsvc.exe” as administrator (required for some servers, many oft hem don’t use it)
– Tested OK on Windows 10 & XP

Potential resolved issues:
– Game won’t start on Windows 7
On some PCs the sound driver crashes the game before it starts
Plug in a microphone

Alternatively:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Open Sound settings
3. Click the recording tab
4. Enable stereo mix (you may need to right click and select “Show disabled devices” for it to be visible).

– Game sound is replaced with microphone input

1. From Control Panel, open the Sound menu.
2. Under the Recording tab, disable any input devices.

Enable “Dual Video Cards” option in Graphics settings
