To enable it, go to gamedir\~Gamepad and copy/paste the files to the gamedir. This will make the keyboard and mouse useless, so if you find that your controller doesn’t work either then delete those files from the gamedir
– Tested OK on Windows 10 & XP
If the game doesn’t boot, this might be because your graphics card doesn’t support Pixel Shader 2.0 or newer, open the configuration shortcut in the start menu group folder and set the shader quality to Normal.
By default the settings that are configured are for a crash-free experience, so don’t touch them

UPDATE 22/June/2023
It has come to my attention that the game crashes when changing screen resolution in the settings, on some occasions it also crashes when changing other settings. The best workaround is to enable windowed mode inside the configuration file HitmanBloodMoney.ini inside gamedir by changing Window 0 to Window 1, start the game, configure your options, exit the game and revert back to Window 0 if you want to play in fullscreen.
