The drive letter must be D:
– Patch v2.09
– The repack also includes the second CD for the “Madden 101” entry in the game, but you have to mount it manually from gamedir\ISO folder or from the startmenu group entry with the dedicated shortcut
It basically includes Madden NFL historical videos
IMPORTANT NOTES:
– If you install the game with dgVoodoo, the desktop shortcut will start the autorun window and the first box will say “NON-ACCELERATED”
That is fine, DO NOT touch it. Click Play
– If you install the game WITHOUT dgVoodoo, the desktop shortcut will start the autorun window and the first 2 boxes will say “2D/3D CARD” and “DIRECT 3D”
DO NOT touch them. Click Play
– Generally speaking, you should only press the “Play” or “Quit” button on the autorun menu
– On the installed programs list in Windows settings, your system will report two (2) Madden NFL 99 entries, the first one is named “Madden NFL (TM) 99” and the second one will be named “Madden NFL 99” (with “MagiPacks” as the company name). That is fine, the autorun window demands its original uninstaller entry in the registry, without it, it won’t work. Should you uninstall this repack, just uninstall any of the two, the uninstaller will take care of the second entry
