– Apply the optional patch for true widescreen support & other bug fixes
(Breaks compatibility with Windows XP!)
– DO NOT configure (with the separate shortcut) or start the game if you are planning to apply the patch (before you have done that), since the patch changes where the game settings are stored and if you configure it before the patch it might mess things up
– If you are getting red blocks/black lines on screen, then execute the config shortcut, click on ‘Open expert settings…’ and select ‘Multipass rendering’ rather than ‘Hardware Transform & Lighting’
