The game supports some 16:9 widescreen modes but not all. To set to your screen resolution if unavailable through the configuration tool (or no screen resolutions are shown – blank box) do the following:
1. Navigate to “My Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Pacific Assault(tm)” and open the file newconfig.cfg with notepad
2. Change the following values accordingly and save the file:
set r_screenheight “600”
set r_screenwidth “800”
3. In game, zoom in and out (Alt) to correct the FOV
