Repack v2 changelog:
– Repack is completely redone with Verok’s patch v1.06 because I still wonder what the hell I thought I was doing 9000 years ago
This patch is based on the official v3.5 which includes the 4 additional cars and ton of bugs fixed
If your game crashes after returning from race to game menu – set 16 bpp compatibility mode for game exe
– The game by default has been configured for widescreen (nGlide), the config shortcut is located in the start menu group folder. Be careful what settings you mess with
– CPU frequency has been faked or limited to 1600MHz
– Added proper controller support on Windows 7 and above but you will need to first configure it:
1. Inside gamedir open DeviceLister.exe and don’t close it yet (make sure your external controller is already plugged in prior to opening the executable)
2. Open devreorder.ini with notepad and replace “Logitech RumblePad 2 USB” with the name of your controller as it says in DeviceLister.exe
The structure of ‘Controller (NAME)’ must remain unchanged
3. Do the same for the controller’s ID, change {adc14490-4cc7-11ec-8011-444553540000} with the ID from DeviceLister.exe
4. Save the file, start NFS and configure the buttons. No more screen lag
– Online muultiplayer can be done through IPLounge – http://www.iplounge.net/
Although not tested
– Tested OK on Windows 10, 7 & XP
It’s highly recommended to uninstall the previous repack if you have it with a dedicated uninstaller such as ‘Revo Uninstaller’

Repack v3 changelog:
– Special update for the disaster that IS Windows 11
The installer now installs the game to a different location other than Program Files (x86), for example C:\MagiPacks\Need for Speed – Porsche Unleashed and it applies a “patch” which automatically runs the game as Administrator

Repack v4 changelog:
– Added SilentPatch, you can now configure your gamepad from inside the game, the old method has been deprecated
– Removed the previous admin patch since it wasn’t needed because the repack is installed to a different folder than in “Program Files” or “Program Files (x86)”, if you still run into issues or can’t save your game then run it as admin, don’t set any compatibility options!
