– To patch to a custom resolution run the Sin Resolution Patcher shortcut
and input your desired resolution. Start the game and select 1152×864 resolution in game’s options
with “Default OpenGL” renderer

If the game still does not run at the desired resolution after following these steps, rename the main executable (sin.exe) to “quake2.exe”
