– You need to cap the FPS to 25, the game is buggy and there is no other solution for this
Get yourself Bandicam, install it, open the program and click at the top left the icon with the game controller for Game Recording Mode
Then click on FPS and check the “Set FPS Limit” option, set the FPS to 25

– Replaced the cutscenes with modified ones for 16:9 aspect ratio
– Tested OK on Windows 10 & XP
Uncheck the option “Only when capturing”
That’s it. The program must be running in the background, there are also other FPS limiters
