Any custom screen resolution can be set in %ProgramData%\Buena Vista Games\Narnia\nuconfig.txt however with dgvoodoo when the in-game resolution is set to 1600 x 1200 it makes little to no difference on a 1080p screen
Also you will need to turn the widescreen option to on every time that you play the game so that it can correct the FOV
