– The game runs with dgVoodoo
– Includes the Graphics Rules Maker (Windows 7 and newer)

Steps to play:
1. Install the repack (obviously)
2. After installation open the Graphics Rule Maker shortcut on desktop
3. In the application first make sure you have selected the correct game and click on “Auto-detect”
(Accept anything that it asks – click OK)
4. After it detects your current screen resolution you can uncheck the box “Disable Sim Shadows” to enable shadows, however if a black box appears instead of actual shadows then disable the shadows
5. Click “Save Files”
6. Done, start the game and configure the ingame resolution to the highest, if you want fullscreen then disable windowed mode and after applying the settings restart the game so that they can take effect (seriously restart the game especially after switching windowed/fullscreen mode)
Don’t worry if you don’t see your desktop resolution ingame, these Sims Stories games were doomed from the beginning anyway

Potential resolved issues:
– Poorly placed objects/frozen objects – Periodically, special object may be placed in a bad location, preventing a sim from doing anything. In other cases, a normal object may be improperly tagged as “in use” and cannot be moved, sold, or manipulated.
1. While in game, open “Barter Mode” (Buy mode) and in “Nature” section there will be a yellow box.
2. Place the box where the stuck object is.
3. Go back to “Live Mode” and a notification will be shown saying that object has been eliminated from the lot.
