– If the game crashes after title screen, remove “Video” folder from “Euro\Bnk” in game installation directory.
– If the in-game camera is lagging when you make the car turn left or right, restart your computer (that fixed it for us)

The game has now been framecapped to 17FPS, anything above that value has the camera stuttering and anything below that value has the physics going crazy, so this is the perfect balance (Windows 7 and newer)
