History

Pokémon Subvert is a fangame based on Pokémon mythology and the eternal struggle between Fairy-type and Dragon-type Pokémon. This game is a nod to the islands of Alola and Oblivia, as the events that occur take place on an archipelago known as Vansy. Each island has different climates, cultures, and activities. And you, as a trainer, your goal is to visit the vestigial areas of Vansy to become the best Pokémon Chronicler.

In the Vansy region, the protagonist is about to travel through the islands to discover the secrets held in the ruins of each island. During the trip, he must be cautious, as several attacks by Dragon-type Pokémon have recently been reported in the vicinity of Rail Island, an island to the east of the region. The citizens of Vansy are beginning to fear what may happen, as it seems that the Dragon Pokémon were already involved in a war a few centuries ago. In connection with this war, an unnamed individual with a Dreepy as a companion wants to know more about what is happening. He also mentions the existence of a clan of sorts that is currently in charge of stopping the rampaging Pokémon. What secrets does this plot hide? Does it have something to do with the Guardian Pokémon? What resources does Tech Co. have in mind? Who will be the Dreepy lord?
